  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • self-rising flour - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. self-rising flour1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. melted margarine Mix all ingredients and put in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle topping on. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.
