Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- plain flour - 1/4 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
- Add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and margarine
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Drain, peel and put potatoes in mixing bowl. Add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and margarine. Beat with mixer until smooth. Put mixture into greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with topping and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 stick margarine1/4 c. plain flour1 c. chopped pecans Soften margarine. Mix until crumbly.
