  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • flaked coconut - 1/3 c
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/3 c
  • cooked, mashed potatoes - 4 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/3 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flaked coconut1/3 c. chopped pecans2 Tbsp. flour Mix cooked mashed potatoes, brown sugar, margarine, milk and eggs. Put in a 7 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine topping and put on top of casserole; bake at 325&
