sugar - 1/2 c
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
milk - 1/2 c
butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 1/3 c
butter - 1/4 c
large eggs - 2 item
light brown sugar - 1/2 c
chopped pecans optional - 1 c
hot mashed cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and milk. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and remaining butter. Top sweet potato casserole with crumb mix. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.
