Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- pecan halves - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- to 6 medium sweet potatoes - 5 item
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Add sugar, milk, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in casserole dish.Mix brown sugar and flour and spread over top of potatoes. Place pecan halves on top. Spoon 1/3 cup melted margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
