  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 1/2 c
  • mashed potatoes - 3 c
  • Topping:1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients in a square pan.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. self-rising flour1 stick butter1 c. chopped pecans Mix topping together and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes.
