vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 1/2 c
salt - 1 tsp
flour - 1/3 c
stick margarine - 1/3 item
brown sugar
coconut - 3/4 c
mashed potatoes - 3 c
stick margarine, melted - 1/3 item
pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar3/4 c. coconut1/3 stick margarine1/3 c. flour1 c. pecans, chopped Mix all ingredients together well (except topping) and pour into a greased, shallow baking dish.

For topping, melt margarine. Add flour, brown sugar, coconut and pecans. Pour over potato mixture. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
