vanilla - 1 tsp
brown sugar - 1/2 c
beaten eggs - 2 item
small can evaporated milk - 1 item
crushed corn flakes - 1 c
melted oleo - 3/4 c
pecan pieces - 1/2 c
each cinnamon and nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
Mix 3 cups sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients and bake 15 minutes at 425°

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Bake the sweet potatoes and mash or use 1 large can. Mix 3 cups sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients and bake 15 minutes at 425°.Topping:3/4 melted oleo1 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. pecan pieces Add topping and bake another 15 minutes at 400°.
