Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- cup flour - 1/3 item
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- teaspoon salt - 1/2 item
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla - 1 item
- cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes - 2 item
- Toppings:1/2 cup brown sugar
- cup chopped nuts I use pecans - 1 item
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Toppings:1/2 cup brown sugar1/3 cup flour1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)1/3 stick oleo, melted Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, salt, oleo, milk and vanilla in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix brown sugar, flour, nuts and oleo for topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Freezes well. Reheat to serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
