Sweet potato biscuits



  • sugar - 3 to
  • salt
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp

How to make sweet potato biscuits:

Mix well. Pinch off and roll into small balls. Turn over in oil in pan to coat top of biscuit with oil. Bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes.
