Sweet potato biscuits
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 item
- Bisquick - 2 c
- medium sweet potato - 1 item
How to make sweet potato biscuits:
Peel and chop sweet potato. Boil until soft; drain and mash. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease cookie sheet. Add Bisquick and sugar to mashed sweet potato. If this seems dry, add a few drops of milk. Mix together and drop onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Potato, Rolls/biscuits.
