cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
butter or margarine - 1/4 c
brown sugar - 3/4 c
milk - 2 Tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
grated lemon rind - 1/2 tsp
marshmallows - 8 item
crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato balls:

Mash sweet potatoes. Add butter, sugar, milk, salt, and lemon rind. Form into 8 balls, using marshmallow as center of each. Roll in corn flakes and bake in buttered baking dish at 425 degrees until brown and marshmallow begins to ooze.
