Sweet onion casserole

Ingredients/Components

• half and half - 2/3 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• melted butter - 1/4 c
• grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
• uncooked white rice - 1/2 c
• onions, chopped coarsely - 3 item

How to make sweet onion casserole:

Cook rice per box instructions. Cook onions in butter in large skillet until limp, but not browned. Combine all ingredients into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Servings: 8 to 10.
