- sugar - 1/8 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- apples - 3 item
- chopped onions optional - 1 item
- chopped green peppers optional - 1 item
- corn muffin mix 8 oz - 1 pkg
- to 4 nice sweet potatoes - 3 item
How to make sweet corn casserole:
Place oleo in a large skillet; heat slowly. Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Peel, core and slice apples. Add sugar. Cook/fry slowly, turning often.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
