Sweet and sour spareribs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
- shoyu - 1/4 c
- spareribs - 2 lb
- piece ginger, minced - 1/2 item
- flour or cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
How to make sweet and sour spareribs:
Fry spareribs in oil until brown. Add ginger and garlic. Mix sugar, salt, shoyu, vinegar and water; pour over spareribs. Cook for at least 1 hour on low heat or until spareribs are soft.
