Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- can apple pie filling - 1 oz
- medium green pepper, sliced into rings - 1 item
- can shredded sauerkraut, drained - 1 oz
- medium sweet red pepper, sliced into rings - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour pork chops:
Preheat oven to 350°. In an ovenproof skillet, lightly brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Layer sauerkraut and pie filling over pork chops. Place pepper rings over pie filling.Cover and bake 55 to 60 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Serve warm. Yields 8 servings.
