Sweet and sour pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- chops 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- can pineapple tidbits or chunks - 1 3/4
- ketchup - 3/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
How to make sweet and sour pork chops:
Trim chops; heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Place chops in pan and brown on each side. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Stir; cover pan tightly and let braise and simmer until chops are tender, approximately 45 minutes. BaRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
