Sweet and sour pork
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- catsup
- can pineapple chunks - 18 oz
- chicken or pork, cubed - 1 item
- cup terriyaki sauce - 1/4 item
- medium green peppers cut - 2 item
How to make sweet and sour pork:
Drain pineapple. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a glass casserole. Blend juice, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and catsup. Add meat and green peppers, and mix well. Microwave, covered on high for 5 minutes. Add pineapple chunks. Microwave covered 12 to 15 minutes on medium.Serve over rice.
