Sweet and sour pork



  • flour - 1 item
  • water - 1/4 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
  • green pepper, cut in strips - 1 item
  • jar pineapple preserves - 1 oz
  • boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes

How to make sweet and sour pork:

Coat meat with seasoned flour; brown in oil. Add barbecue sauce, vinegar and water. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, adding green pepper and preserves during last 15 minutes. Serve over steamed rice. Serves 6.
