Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- ketchup
- hamburger - 1 lb
- slices bread - 4 item
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- small onion minced - 1 item
- A1 Sauce - 1 Tbsp
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. ketchup3/4 c. sugar1/2 c. water3 Tbsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. A1 Sauce1 small onion minced Cut bread into cubes, pour milk over cubed bread. Add spices. Combine with hamburger. Roll into balls and place in baking dish. Mix all ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
