Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 1/2
  • water - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bottle ketchup - 1 (26
  • ground round - 1 lb
  • large onion - 1 item
  • or 6 sour salt pieces citric acid - 5 item

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix in frying pan the ketchup, onion, sugar, water and sour salt. Put in tiny meatballs and cook 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally with wooden spoon.

You will get a lot of compliments on these because they have a very unique flavor. They are very good ladled over cooked egg noodles.
