Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • fine bread crumbs - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • grated onion - 2 Tbsp
  • 2 can pineapple juice
  • Open Pit barbecue sauce - 1 c
  • flour - 1/4 c

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Sauce:1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice1 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce1/4 c. flour Mix together and make small meatballs and brown in hot skillet.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and pour over meatballs in Dutch oven. Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
