Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- distilled white vinegar - 1/3 c
- can pineapple chunks, packed in heavy syrup, undrained - 1 oz
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Layer 1: Two cans bean dip.Layer 2: Two to three avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper and 1 cup sour cream.
Layer 3: One cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Layer 4: Chopped green onions.
Layer 5: Tomato, chopped small.
Layer 6: One can sliced black olives.
Layer 7: Shredded Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with Tostitos.
