Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar
- water - 5 oz
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chili sauce - 5 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- sauerkraut - 10 oz
- whole cranberry sauce - 5 oz
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar10 oz. sauerkraut5 oz. chili sauce5 oz. water5 oz. whole cranberry sauce Form meat mixture in small balls. Place in baking pan. Simmer sauce 15 to 20 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more. Makes 20 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
