Sweet and sour franks
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- onion, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- wieners - 1 lb
- red currant jelly - 1/2 c
- prepared brown mustard - 1/4 c
How to make sweet and sour franks:
Cut wieners in 1 inch lengths. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients. Bring to boil. Add wieners and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cocktail picks.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, For 1 or 2.
