  • sugar - 6 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • vinegar - 2/3 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • chicken wings - 3 lb
  • Cover with water and boil for 1 hour

How to make sweet and sour chicken wings:

Disjoint wings; save tips for broth. (Cover with water and boil for 1 hour.) Roll rest of wing pieces in cornstarch, then in 2 beaten eggs. Brown in oil. Place in single layer in baking pan. Pour sauce over and bake at 375° for 1 hour; turn and cover the last 30 minutes.Sauce:1 c. tip broth2 chicken bouillon cubes1/2 c. catsup2/3 c. vinegar2 Tbsp. soy sauce pinch of salt6 Tbsp. sugar Heat just to dissolve sugar.
