Sweet and sour chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- chicken wings - 3 lb
- Cover with water and boil for 1 hour
How to make sweet and sour chicken wings:
Disjoint wings; save tips for broth. (Cover with water and boil for 1 hour.) Roll rest of wing pieces in cornstarch, then in 2 beaten eggs. Brown in oil. Place in single layer in baking pan.
