  • cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • chicken wings - 2 lb
  • corn or peanut oil - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken wings:

Bake or fry chicken wings until browned and tender. Drain if you fry on a paper towel. Set aside if you bake. Mix vinegar, water, catsup, sugar, salt and soy sauce in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch in a small amount of water to make a paste; stir into sau
