  • sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1/3 c
  • vinegar - 2/3 c
  • soy sauce - 1/8 c
  • catsup - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • whole chicken or desired parts - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Salt, pepper, flour and fry chicken. Place chicken in shallow pan. Combine sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce and catsup. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350°. Turn chicken occasionally.
