  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • bottle Wish-Bone Russian dressing - 1 oz
  • apricot preserves 1 small jar - 1 c
  • bunch of chicken pieces - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Put chicken pieces in pan. Combine preserves, dressing and soup mix in saucepan. Simmer over low heat 5 minutes. Stir. Pour over chicken pieces. (Can do this night before.) Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
