  • chicken strips skinless - 1 2
  • jar Russian or French salad dressing optional - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Brown chicken. Prepare onion soup mix according to directions. Add chicken to onion soup. Add apricot preserves. Add salad dressing if desired. Simmer covered for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over noodles.
