Ingredients/Components
- medium head cabbage, cut in quarters - 1 item
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
How to make sweet and sour cabbage:
Boil cabbage in salt water. When done, pour off all but one cup of water. Add remaining ingredients to make a thickening. Serve hot; also good reheated.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
