  • flour - 2 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar

How to make swedish nut cake:

Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix cake ingredients together; pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350°, approximately 45 minutes or until done.

Frosting: Mix together and spread on cake while still hot.
