- eggs - 2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- cream cheese
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar
How to make swedish nut cake:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix cake ingredients together; pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350°, approximately 45 minutes or until done.Frosting: Mix together and spread on cake while still hot.
