  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
  • sherry
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • ground venison - 1 lb
  • cans beef gravy - 2 item

How to make swedish meatballs:

Mix venison, sausage, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, onion, eggs and bread crumbs. Form into balls. Saute in butter, flour and milk. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Simmer in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.
