Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- sherry
- sausage - 1 lb
- ground venison - 1 lb
- cans beef gravy - 2 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix venison, sausage, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, onion, eggs and bread crumbs. Form into balls. Saute in butter, flour and milk. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Simmer in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
