  • milk - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1 tsp

How to make swedish meatballs:

Put meat into bowl. Add other ingredients. Form into small balls. Fry in a small amount of fat, then remove. Add boiling water, beef bouillon and 1 teaspoon sugar to pan. Stir until blended. Pour over meatballs. May be frozen and/or reheated.
