Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
How to make swedish meatballs:
Put meat into bowl. Add other ingredients. Form into small balls. Fry in a small amount of fat, then remove. Add boiling water, beef bouillon and 1 teaspoon sugar to pan. Stir until blended. Pour over meatballs. May be frozen and/or reheated.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
