Swedish meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 5 Tbsp
- water
- instant coffee granules - 1 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs
- ground beef
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- instant beef bouillon packets - 2 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until soft and tender. In a bowl, combine egg and half and half. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, salt and parsley. Add meat. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
