- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- dried parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1/2 c
- water to soak - 3 Tbsp
- whole cranberries canned
How to make swedish meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. whole cranberries (canned)1/2 c. catsup2 Tbsp. grated onion1 tsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix all meatball ingredients and make 50 to 60 meatballs and brown. Combine sauce ingredients and simmer on low for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
