Swedish meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- small jar grape jelly - 1 item
- bottle water - 1 item
- Sauce:1 bottle chili sauce
How to make swedish meatballs:
Sauce:1 bottle chili sauce1 bottle water1 small jar grape jelly Mix together first eight ingredients. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute half of the meatballs until browned. Continue to cook until meatballs are done. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Blend in sauce and let cook until well done.
