Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- cooked rice - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- soup can of water - 1/2 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape into 24 meatballs. Brown meatballs, drain drippings. In the same pan stir in soup and water. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes stirring often. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
