Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 3/4 c
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 1/2 c
  • ground round - 1 lb
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • can consomme - 1 item

How to make swedish meatballs:

Mix together all ingredients and form into balls. Bake, uncovered, in single layer in large pan for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and done. Heat 1 can consomme with 1 can of water. Add to cooked meatballs and serve.
