Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- dill seed - 2 tsp
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix first 5 ingredients and make into balls. Chill 15 minutes. Brown balls in skillet. Mix last 4 ingredients with drippings in skillet. Pour over meatballs and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
