Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • bread crumbs
  • hamburger - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, chopped fine - 1 c
  • parsley dry - 1/4 c

How to make swedish meatballs:

Mix well. Make in balls. Fry in butter until brown; drain. Make gravy with flour, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Simmer until done.
