Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bread crumbs
- hamburger - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion, chopped fine - 1 c
- parsley dry - 1/4 c
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix well. Make in balls. Fry in butter until brown; drain. Make gravy with flour, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Simmer until done.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
