Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground chuck - 3/4 lb
- clove fresh garlic - 1 item
- sticks Swiss cheese - 4 item
- 7-inch French rolls - 4 item
- lettuce and red pepper slices for garnish - 1 item
How to make surprise burgers:
Preheat oven to 400°. In medium bowl, combine beef, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and milk; mix lightly with fork. Divide mixture into fourths. Mold meat mixture around Swiss cheese sticks, covering completely. Arrange on cookie sheetRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
