Sunshine salad



  • boiling water - 3/4 c
  • raisins - 1/3 c
  • stalk celery, chopped fine - 1 item
  • carrot, grated - 1 item
  • envelope low calorie orange flavored gelatin - 1 item
  • low calorie crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
  • pineapple juice ice cubes to make 1 1/4 c - 1/2 c

How to make sunshine salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add cold water or juice with ice to make 1 1/4 cups. After Jell-O is syrupy, add pineapple, celery, carrot and raisins. Each 1/2 cup serving equals 25 calories.
