  • broiler fryer thighs - 8 item
  • drumsticks - 8 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • corn oil - 1/4 c

How to make sunshine chicken:

Sprinkle chicken with salt, basil, Accent and pepper. Mix together soy sauce, catsup, honey, corn oil and garlic. Put chicken in baking dish and baste with sauce. Bake at 350° uncovered, basting frequently, for about one hour or until fork can be inserted with ease.
