Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sliced yellow squash - 7 c
How to make summer squash casserole:
Cook squash until tender; drain. Mix squash and other ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Casseroles.
