- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- diced onion - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- sliced yellow squash - 5 c
- Velveeta cheese, sliced - 6 8
- unseasoned croutons
How to make summer squash casserole:
You will need Reynolds Wrap. Parboil squash and onions for 5 minutes. Drain and place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Add milk and seasonings. Top with sliced cheese, croutons and margarine. Cover with Reynolds Wrap and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 3Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Casseroles.
