Ingredients/Components
- yellow squash, sliced about 6 c - 2 lb
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- oleo - 1/2 c
How to make summer squash casserole:
Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots. Fold in drained squash and onion. Combine stuffing mix and oleo.
