Ingredients/Components

  • yellow squash, sliced about 6 c - 2 lb
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • dairy sour cream - 1 c
  • shredded carrots - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • oleo - 1/2 c

How to make summer squash casserole:

Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots. Fold in drained squash and onion. Combine stuffing mix and oleo. Spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baki
