  • sour cream - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • croutons - 1 item
  • onion, sliced thin - 1 item
  • carrot, slivered - 1 item
  • yellow summer squash, cut up - 1 item

How to make summer squash casserole:

Parboil vegetables until tender. Place in casserole with soup and sour cream. Pour butter over mixture; sprinkle top with croutons. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 3/4 to 1 hour.
