Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- black peppercorns - 1 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- mustard seed - 2 Tbsp
- Morton Tender Quick salt - 2 Tbsp
How to make summer sausage:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape into two logs. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake in 300° to 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
