Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- liquid smoke
- Morton Tender Quick - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger or deer hamburger - 2 lb
- galic powder - 1/8 tsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix well with hands and shape into 3 or 4 long rolls. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
